A bit of a bold heading I know. 

more simply, this is a blog of learnings and findings from one roasters experiences.

 Not for a moment am I offering these findings as facts, please understand this. Nor am I presenting myself as an expert on the topic, or even as a roaster who pays high enough prices to provide living wages for farmers.
