The brother in law & a great electrician go know for a nixer. He's done savage work around the workshop.

Quinn Fortin

Quinn is a coffee guru, and a great friend. Working in Pallet coffee roasters, Quinn is an extremely talented and knowledgeable coffee professional who took me under his wing in Vancouver. If Quinn had a penny for every question I asked him he'd be fairly well off. A true gent and genius. Legend.

Lucas Sampaio

Lucas is the head of the Specialty Association of Ireland (SCA) and founder of VIVA Coffee.

Lucas is from Brazil, and imports coffees from his families and neighbors farms. Lucas has personal relationships with these farmers and with those in surrounding areas. We adore specialty Brazilian coffee on bar, and not only can Lucas provide us with fantastic coffees, but he gives us transparency.

As a roaster, I've been appalled by the low levels of transparency in the coffee industry. Lucas allows us to stay away from European importers. He's also just, a f*****g legend .

Daragh Doyle

Daragh is an absolute skin. He works in graphic design and architecture. His eye for design is actually just crazy, and back in the day Daragh did up our logo, stickers, colour schemes and all that. We love it all so much.

Joe Pickles

Joe is one of the soundest lads around. A ridiculously talented man who has a strong love for Photography and Music. Joe has been helping us with some content for our website and Instagram which we are huge fans of.

Bad Habits

Not only are they an unreal roaster you need to check out, these lads are actually just ridiculously sound. From the time we were just interested young lads looking to roast on the oven, to now, when we're trying to build a roastery, Bad Habits have helped us out at every opportunity. Absolute legends. Shane Murphy

Shane is a talented artist and photographer from Ballymore Eustace. Also a full time legend, Shane has given us more and more dig-outs, taking photos, giving us advise and just being all round sound.
