JUICY ORANGE up front // yet I wouldnt exactly call this a fruit forward coffee // Deep nutty, soft chocolate layered complexities beneath. Think of a Terrys Choc Orange. 

Santos is a third generation smallholder coffee producer in Jalapa, Guatemala. Working with Semilla over the past few years to improve his coffees and branch into the specialty market, and earn more for his family. 

This is a fabulous everyday espresso (or any brew method really!) coffee // We've committed this year to purchase half of Santos' entire harvest, and we will continue to work with him and Semilla to bring these fantastic coffees to Ireland.
