I'm over the moon with this coffee // 

Pink Bourbon, has probably been my favorite variety to roast over the past few years. 

This, from Luis Marino Ortega, is so expressive. Green Apple, Raspberry and Red Grape. SO CRISP and BITEY, a juicy washed coffee.

Luis and his family are involved in Semilla's Monkaaba Project - Read about this on our transparency tab - This is the second coffee we've brought in from Monkaaba & the Ortega family. The first being a washed Sidra by Karol. Two of my favorite Colombian coffees I've roasted by a long shot. 

& more importantly, a project that is so special and we are so thrilled to support.
