This 35 hour Anaerobic Washed Typica, from Selguapa, Honduras - Is a creamy, funky dream.

Deep Strawberry notes, with soft Boozy Cola and Chocolate & Cocoa beneath. Medium CREAAAMY body. 

Tonnes of depth, tonnes of sweetness. Developed for a funky espresso but will NOT fail ya as a filter cup. 

This coffee is by the wonderful Celia Portillo, from her farm La Pacaya, in Selguapa, Comayagua.
